Abstract
Bandar Udara Namrole – Maluku terletak di Desa Lektama, Kecamatan Namrole, Kabupaten Buru Selatan, Provinsi Maluku. Bandara ini memiliki ukuran landas pacu eksisting 1.200 meter dengan lebar 30 meter, dan saat ini melayani pesawat ATR 42-300. Dalam rencana pengembangan, direncanakan perpanjangan landas pacu guna mendukung operasional pesawat dengan tipe lebih besar, yaitu ATR 72-600, agar dapat beroperasi dengan maksimum berat tinggal landas (MTOW) yang optimal.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan panjang landas pacu berdasarkan Aeroplane Reference Field Length (ARFL), mengevaluasi kekuatan perkerasan eksisting, serta menentukan tebal perkerasan rencana menggunakan aplikasi FAARFIELD 2.1.1. Evaluasi perkerasan eksisting dilakukan menggunakan Excel spreadsheet dan program COMFAA 3.0, sedangkan analisis kekuatan landas pacu serta rencana anggaran biaya dihitung dengan bantuan software tersebut.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perkerasan eksisting masih memadai untuk mendukung operasional pesawat kritis rencana. Ketebalan perkerasan rencana yang dibutuhkan sebesar 76 cm, dengan nilai PCN hasil desain sebesar 48 F/C/X/T. Estimasi biaya pembangunan berdasarkan RAB adalah sebesar Rp.17.380.000.000,00. terbilang.

Namrole Airport – Maluku is located in Lektama Village, Namrole District, South Buru Regency, Maluku Province. The airport currently has an existing runway measuring 1,200 meters in length and 30 meters in width, serving ATR 42-300 aircraft. As part of its development plan, a runway extension is proposed to accommodate larger aircraft types, specifically the ATR 72-600, enabling operations at its maximum take-off weight (MTOW).
This study aims to determine the required runway length based on the Aeroplane Reference Field Length (ARFL), evaluate the strength of the existing pavement, and design the new pavement thickness using the FAARFIELD 2.1.1 application. The existing pavement was assessed using Excel spreadsheet calculations and the COMFAA 3.0 program. Pavement strength and cost estimates were also analyzed using these applications.
The analysis results indicate that the existing pavement is still adequate to support the operation of the planned critical aircraft. The required pavement thickness for the new design is 76 cm, with a resulting PCN value of 48 F/C/X/T. The estimated construction cost based on the Bill of Quantities (RAB) is Rp 17.380.000.000,00..
