Abstract

Pencatatan logbook harian Aviation Security di area Passenger Security Check Point Bandara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan media kertas. Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan beberapa kendala, seperti proses pencatatan yang membutuhkan waktu, kesulitan dalam pencarian data, risiko kerusakan atau kehilangan arsip, penggunaan kertas secara berkelanjutan, serta kurang efektifnya proses rekapitulasi laporan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem digitalisasi logbook harian berbasis website yang dapat membantu pencatatan, penyimpanan, pencarian, dan pelaporan data operasional AVSEC secara lebih terstruktur.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas tahap analyze, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan dukungan database relasional. Fitur utama yang dikembangkan meliputi login Chief Assistant, pemilihan tanggal, shift, dan lokasi PSCP, pencatatan petugas jaga, pengelolaan inventaris, pencatatan kejadian, pendataan barang tertinggal, perekaman random check, serta pencetakan laporan shift dalam format PDF yang dilengkapi tanda tangan digital.
Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem digitalisasi logbook harian AVSEC berbasis website dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi dan keteraturan pencatatan kegiatan operasional di PSCP. Sistem ini memudahkan petugas dalam melakukan input data, membantu pencarian data secara lebih cepat, mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap dokumen fisik, serta mendukung proses pelaporan kepada pimpinan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh ahli dan pengguna, sistem dinyatakan layak digunakan karena fitur-fitur yang tersedia telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pencatatan logbook harian AVSEC di Passenger Security Check Point Bandara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai.

The recording of daily Aviation Security logbooks at the Passenger Security Checkpoint area of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is still done manually using paper. This situation poses several challenges, such as a time-consuming recording process, difficulty in retrieving data, the risk of damage or loss of records, continuous paper consumption, and the inefficiency of the report compilation process. Therefore, a web-based daily logbook digitization system is needed to facilitate the recording, storage, retrieval, and reporting of AVSEC operational data in a more structured manner.
This research employs the Research and Development method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of the analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with a relational database. Key features include Chief Assistant login, selection of date, shift, and PSCP location, recording of on-duty personnel, inventory management, incident logging, recording of left-behind items, random check logging, and printing of shift reports in PDF format with digital signatures.
The results of the development indicate that a web-based system for digitizing AVSEC daily logbooks can help improve the efficiency and consistency of operational activity recording at the PSCP. This system makes it easier for officers to enter data, facilitates faster data retrieval, reduces reliance on physical documents, and supports the reporting process to management. Based on validation results by experts and users, the system is deemed suitable for use because its available features meet the requirements for AVSEC daily logbook recording at the Passenger Security Check Point of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport.
