Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun perencanaan pembangunan penutup saluran drainase terbuka pada sisi udara Bandar Udara Harun Thohir Gresik dengan menerapkan metode beton konvensional (cast in-situ). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi saluran drainase terbuka yang berada di area runway strip, yang berpotensi menimbulkan risiko terhadap keselamatan operasional penerbangan karena belum memenuhi ketentuan sebagaimana diatur dalam regulasi Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara Tahun 2023. Pelat penutup saluran dirancang dengan dimensi 2.000 mm × 600 mm dan ketebalan 200 mm menggunakan beton mutu K-350. Pengerjaan dalam pembuatan pelat penutup saluran berudarasi 65 hari dengan ketentuan 6 hari kerja.
Metode penelitian dimulai dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perencanaan tebal pelat, analisis pembebanan, momen lentur, dan gaya geser. Hasil analisis digunakan untuk menyusun desain awal dan menentukan kebutuhan tulangan, yang selanjutnya dikontrol sesuai persyaratan struktur. Setelah desain dinyatakan memenuhi, dilakukan perhitungan volume pekerjaan, penyusunan RAB, dan penjadwalan pelaksanaan dengan metode CPM.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelat penutup saluran drainase berukuran 2.000 mm × 600 mm dengan tebal 200 mm menggunakan beton mutu K-350 memenuhi persyaratan kekuatan struktur dan aman menahan beban rencana. Pekerjaan pembangunan pelat penutup saluran dengan metode beton cast in-situ memerlukan biaya sebesar Rp2.730.000.000,00 dengan durasi pelaksanaan 65 hari kerja. Perencanaan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi penanganan saluran drainase terbuka guna meningkatkan keselamatan operasional penerbangan di Bandar Udara Harun Thohir Gresik.

This study aims to develop a construction plan for covering the open drainage channel on the airside of Harun Thohir Airport, Gresik, using the conventional cast-in-situ concrete method. The study was motivated by the condition of the open drainage channel located within the runway strip area; this channel poses a potential risk to flight operational safety as it does not yet comply with the requirements stipulated in the 2023 regulations of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. The channel cover slabs are designed with dimensions of 2,000 mm × 600 mm and a thickness of 200 mm, utilizing K-350 grade concrete. The construction of the cover slabs is scheduled for a duration of 65 working days.
The research methodology began with the collection of primary and secondary data, followed by the planning of slab thickness and the analysis of loads, bending moments, and shear forces. The analysis results were used to formulate the preliminary design and determine reinforcement requirements, which were then verified against structural standards. Once the design met the requirements, calculations for work volume and the Budget Plan (RAB) were performed, along with construction scheduling using the Critical Path Method (CPM).
The results indicate that the 2,000 mm × 600 mm drainage cover slabs (200 mm thick, K-350 concrete) meet structural strength requirements and safely withstand the design loads. The construction of the cover slabs using the cast-in-situ method requires a budget of IDR 2,730,000,000.00 and an execution period of 65 working days. This plan is expected to serve as a solution for addressing the open drainage channel issue, thereby enhancing flight operational safety at Harun Thohir Airport, Gresik.
