Abstract

Apron ialah suatu fasilitas sisi udara yang berfungsi sebagai tempat parkir, tempat naik turunnya penumpang, serta tempat kegiatan pelayanan pesawat udara. Kondisi perkerasan apron yang mengalami kerusakan dapat memengaruhi keselamatan, keamanan, dan kelancaran operasional penerbangan. Apron Bandar Udara Harun Thohir Gresik yang dibangun pada tahun 2016 belum pernah dilakukan pemeliharaan secara menyeluruh sehingga diperlukan evaluasi kondisi perkerasan sebagai dasar penentuan tindakan perbaikan. Penelitian berikut bertujuan guna mengetahui kondisi eksisting perkerasan apron, menentukan jenis penanganan kerusakan berdasarkan nilai PCI, dan memperkirakan total biaya perbaikan.
Metode yang dipakai ialah PCI melalui survei visual terhadap jenis, tingkat, dan luasan kerusakan pada unit sampel perkerasan apron. Data hasil survei dianalisis untuk memperoleh nilai PCI, menentukan alternatif pemeliharaan yang sesuai, serta menghitung kebutuhan biaya perbaikan berdasarkan harga satuan Pemerintah Kabupaten Gresik tahun 2026.
Perolehan studi membuktikan skor PCI rata-rata perkerasan apron Bandar Udara Harun Thohir Gresik sebesar 84,8 yang termasuk dalam kategori fair (cukup). Jenis kerusakan yang ditemukan berupa raveling/weathering atau loss of material. Penanganan yang direkomendasikan meliputi pengecekan rutin, pekerjaan patching, dan overlay. Luasan perbaikan yang diperlukan terdiri atas patching seluas 40 m² dan overlay seluas 1.088 m². Berdasarkan hitungan RAB, total biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pelaksanaan perbaikan adalah sebesar Rp1.046.739.000.

An apron is an airside facility that serves as a parking area, a passenger boarding and deplaning area, and a site for aircraft servicing activities. Damage to the apron pavement can affect the safety, security, and smooth operation of flights. The apron at Harun Thohir Airport in Gresik, constructed in 2016, has never undergone comprehensive maintenance; therefore, an evaluation of the pavement condition is necessary to determine appropriate repair measures. This study aims to assess the current condition of the apron pavement, determine the type of damage remediation based on the PCI value, and estimate the total repair cost.
The method used was the PCI assessment through a visual survey of the type, severity, and extent of damage on sample sections of the apron pavement. The survey data were analyzed to obtain PCI values, determine appropriate maintenance alternatives, and calculate the required repair costs based on the 2026 unit prices set by the Gresik Regency Government.
The study findings revealed that the average PCI score for the apron pavement at Harun Thohir Airport in Gresik was 84.8, which falls into the fair category. The types of damage identified included raveling/weathering or loss of material. Recommended measures include routine inspections, patching, and overlay work. The required repair area consists of 40 m² of patching and 1,088 m² of overlay. Based on the cost estimation, the total budget required for the implementation of the rehabilitation works is IDR 1.046.739.000.
