PENGEMBANGAN DIGITALISASI LOGBOOK APRON MOVEMENT CONTROL BERBASIS WEBSITE DI BANDAR UDARA DJALALUDDIN GORONTALO PROYEK

Pengelolaan operasional di Bandar Udara Djalaluddin Gorontalo, khususnya pada unit Apron Movement Control (AMC), masih mengandalkan pencatatan logbook manual yang rentan terhadap inefisiensi, keterbatasan akses informasi,
serta risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan data. Kondisi ini menghambat efisiensi operasional dan akurasi pencatatan pergerakan di apron. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan mengembangkan dan
mengimplementasikan sistem digitalisasi logbook AMC berbasis website.Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Tahap analisis melibatkan observasi sistem yang ada untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna terkait pengelolaan data pergerakan apron. Selanjutnya, sistem website dirancang dan dikembangkan dengan fitur-fitur yang mendukung proses pengelolaan logbook secara digital. Pengujian aplikasi
dilakukan dengan melibatkan validator ahli dan pengguna langsung untuk mengevaluasi aspek fungsionalitas, antarmuka pengguna, dan pengalaman keseluruhan. Inovasi ini diharapkan mampu mengoptimalkan kinerja unit AMC dan menjadi dasar pengembangan sistem serupa di masa depan untuk mendukung

Operational management at Djalaluddin Airport Gorontalo, especially at the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit, still relies on manual logbook recording which is prone to inefficiency, limited access to information, and the risk of data loss or damage. This condition hampers operational efficiency and accuracy of movement recording at the apron. This research aims to overcome these problems by developing and implementing a website-based AMC logbook digitization system.This research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The analysis phase involved observing the existing system to identify user needs related to managing apron movement data. Furthermore, the website system was designed and developed with features that support the digital logbook management process.
Application testing was conducted involving expert validators and live users to evaluate aspects of functionality, user interface, and overall experience. This
innovation is expected to optimize the performance of the AMC unit and become the basis for developing similar systems in the future to support more organized and efficient airport operations. Keywords: Digitalization, Logbook, Apron Movement Control, Website.
