Abstract
Pengembangan fasilitas sisi udara di bandar udara sangat penting untuk menjamin operasional yang aman, efisien, dan berkelanjutan. Salah satu fasilitas krusial adalah jalan inspeksi, yang berfungsi mendukung pengawasan rutin, patroli
keamanan, dan penanganan darurat. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai respons terhadap kondisi jalan inspeksi sisi selatan Bandara Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin yang belum memenuhi standar teknis perkerasan, sehingga berpotensi mengganggu
operasional penerbangan serta menurunkan tingkat keselamatan di area sisi udara.Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merencanakan ketebalan perkerasan lentur jalan inspeksi menggunakan metode Analisa Komponen tahun 1987, serta menganalisis dengan menerapkan program KENPAVE. Dimulai dari pengumpulan data lalu lintas kendaraan operasional, data CBR, serta parameter material perkerasan. Analisis dilakukan melalui dua tahap yaitu perhitungan tebal
perkerasan berdasarkan metode analisa komponen dan simulasi perilaku struktur dengan perangkat lunak KENPAVE Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketebalan lapisan perkerasan yang
diperoleh pada lapis permukaan 5 cm, lapis pondasi atas 20 cm dan lapis pondasi bawah 13,1 cm mampu memenuhi kebutuhan beban rencana yaitu sebesar 4.385.619,98 ESAL dan memberikan performa struktur yang baik berdasarkan evaluasi KENPAVE. Nilai regangan maksimum sebesar 0,000332 KPa dan tegangan maksimum sebesar 0,0000644 KPa masih dalam batas toleransi yang ditentukan, serta kontrol prediksi umur layanan perkerasan pada program KENPAVE menunjukkan bahwa desain perkerasan dapat bertahan selama masa rencana operasional.

The development of airside facilities at airports is very important to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. One of the crucial facilities is the check
road, which functions to support routine supervision, security patrols, and emergency handling. This study was conducted in response to the condition of the inspection road on the south side of Syamsudin Noor Airport, Banjarmasin, which has not met the technical standards for pavement, thus potentially disrupting flight operations and reducing the level of safety in the airside area.The main objective of this study is to plan the thickness of flexible pavement of inspection road using the Component Analysis method in 1987, and analyze it by applying the KENPAVE program. Starting from collecting operational vehicle traffic data, data (CBR), and pavement material parameters. The analysis is carried out in two stages, namely calculating the thickness of the pavement based on the
component analysis method and simulating structural behavior with the KENPAVE software.The analysis results show that the thickness of the pavement layer obtained on surface layer of 5 cm, upper foundation layer of 20 cm and lower foundation layer of 13.1 cm is able to meet the design load equirements of 4,385,619.98 ESAL and provide good structural performance based on the KENPAVE evaluation.Maximum strain value of 0.000332 KPa and Maximum stress of 0.0000644 KPa are still within the specified tolerance limits, and Pavement service life prediction control in the KENPAVE program shows that the pavement design can last during the planned operational period.
