Abstract

Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Boyolali belum memiliki fasilitas peta digital yang membantu penumpang menavigasi terminal secara mandiri. Hal ini menyebabkan kebingungan dalam menemukan fasilitas seperti ruang tunggu, toilet, dan konter check-in, terutama bagi penumpang baru. Penulisan ini bertujuan merancang peta digital sarana dan prasarana terminal guna meningkatkan pelayanan pengguna jasa bandara.
Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tahapan penulisan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan desain, validasi ahli, uji coba terbatas, revisi, dan uji lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 96 responden, dengan pengukuran tingkat pelayanan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan peta digital. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peta digital berbasis QR code dengan tampilan interaktif mampu menampilkan informasi lokasi fasilitas secara real-time. Responden memberikan penilaian yang tinggi terhadap peningkatan pelayanan setelah menggunakan peta digital, dengan rata-rata skor pelayanan mencapai 88,71 dibandingkan sebelumnya sebesar 66,92. Uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,863, yang
mengindikasikan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara penggunaan peta digital dan peningkatan pelayanan jasa. Dengan demikian, penerapan peta digital terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kenyamanan, efisiensi,
dan kemandirian penumpang, serta direkomendasikan untuk diimplementasikan secara menyeluruh di terminal Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo.

Adi Soemarmo Airport in Boyolali does not yet have a digital map facility to assist passengers in independently navigating the terminal. This often leads to confusion in locating key facilities such as waiting areas, toilets, and check-in counters, especially for first-time passengers. This study aims to design a digital map of terminal facilities to improve passenger service quality at the airport. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a quantitative approach. The research stages include needs analysis, design development, expert validation, limited trials, revisions, and field testing. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents, measuring the level of service before and after the implementation of the digital map. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, and t-tests. The results indicate that the QR code based digital map with an interactive interface effectively provides real-time information on the location of airport facilities. Respondents gave significantly higher service ratings after using the digital map, with the average service score increasing from 66.92 (fair) to 88.71 (very good). The Spearman correlation test showed a significance value of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.863, indicating a very strong and significant relationship between the use of the digital map and improved service quality. Therefore, the implementation of the digital map is proven to be effective in enhancing passenger comfort, efficiency, and independence, and is recommended for full-scale deployment throughout Adi Soemarmo Airport’s terminal.
