Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran self
learning berbasis Learning Management System (LMS) mengenai stress
management bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Lalu Lintas Udara di Politeknik
Penerbangan Surabaya. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah tingginya tekanan
psikologis yang dialami mahasiswa/i dalam proses pendidikan dan simulasi
menjadi Air traffic Controller, serta kurangnya materi khusus mengenai
pengelolaan stres dalam kurikulum pendidikan vokasi penerbangan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE
(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data dikumpulkan
melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan
dosen. Modul pembelajaran dikembangkan dalam tujuh topik utama dengan
pendekatan multimedia interaktif melalui LMS.
Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media menunjukkan bahwa modul
dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan. Evaluasi implementasi pada 30 mahasiswa
dan 3 Dosen menunjukkan bahwa 90% pengguna merasa lebih siap menghadapi
stres setelah mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa
pembelajaran
berbasis LMS efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan
pengelolaan stres, serta berkontribusi terhadap kesiapan mental mahasiswa
menghadapi dunia kerja sebagai Air Traffic Controller.

This study aims to develop a self-learning instructional media based on a
Learning Management System (LMS) about stress management for students of the
Air Traffic Services Study Program at Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya. The
research background is the high psychological pressure experienced by students
during education and simulation to be Air Traffic Controller, along with the lack of
specific material on stress management in the vocational aviation curriculum.
The research method used is the ADDIE development model (Analysis,
Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data was collected through
observation, interviews, and questionnaires involving students and lecturers. The
learning modules were developed into seven main topics using an interactive
multimedia approach through the Moodle-based LMS.
Validation results from content and media experts indicate that the modules
are valid and feasible. The implementation evaluation involving 30 students and 3
teacher showed that 90% of users felt more prepared to face stress after
participating in the learning. This research concludes that LMS-based self-learning
is effective in improving understanding and skills in stress management and
contributes to the mental readiness of students to work as professional Air Traffic
Controllers.
