Abstract
Peralatan navigasi udara seperti DVOR (Doppler VHF Omnidirectional Range) memiliki peran vital dalam menjamin keselamatan dan kelancaran operasional penerbangan. Namun, sistem monitoring kondisi DVOR di Bandara Suai Timor Leste masih dilakukan secara manual dan berkala, sehingga rentan
terhadap keterlambatan deteksi kerusakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem monitoring tegangan dan arus pada DVOR secara real-time berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem ini menggunakan sensor
PZEM-004T dan PZEM-017 untuk akuisisi data kelistrikan, mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai pengolah data dan pengirim informasi, serta LCD I2C dan aplikasi Android (MIT App Inventor) sebagai media tampilan lokal dan jarak
jauh.Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah prototyping, dimulai dari tahap perencanaan konseptual hingga evaluasi fungsional sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan data tegangan dan arus secara
akurat dan real-time baik melalui LCD maupun aplikasi Android. Sistem ini dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja teknisi serta mendukung deteksi dini
terhadap gangguan operasional peralatan DVOR. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam pengawasan fasilitas navigasi penerbangan yang lebih responsif dan modern.Kata kunci : DVOR, IoT, PZEM, NodeMCU, Monitoring Tegangan dan Arus, Bandara Suai

Air navigation equipment such as the DVOR (Doppler VHF Omnidirectional Range) plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of flight operations. However, the monitoring system for the DVOR at Suai Airport, Timor Leste, is still performed manually and periodically, making it prone to delayed fault detection. This study aims to design and develop a real-time voltage and current monitoring
system for the DVOR based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The system utilizes PZEM-004T and PZEM-017 sensors for electrical data acquisition, a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller for data processing and transmission, and LCD I2C and an Android application (MIT App Inventor) for both local and remote data display.The development method used is prototyping, starting from conceptual planning to system evaluation. The test results show that the system can accurately and in real-time display voltage and current data via LCD and Android application. The system is considered effective in improving technician efficiency and
supporting early detection of DVOR operational disturbances. Thus, this system offers an innovative solution for more responsive and modern monitoring of air navigation facilities.Keywords : DVOR, IoT, PZEM, NodeMCU, Voltage and Current Monitoring, Suai Airport
