PENGARUH PENGAWASAN UNIT APRON MOVEMENT CONTROL (AMC) DENGAN CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) TERHADAP KETERTIBAN DI AREA APRON DI BANDAR UDARA MUTIARA SIS AL-JUFRI PALU

Salah satu teknologi pendukung yang digunakan dalam proses pengawasan ini adalah CCTV (Closed Circuit Television). Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, di Bandara Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu masih ditemukan pelanggaran prosedur operasional standar (SOP), seperti personel yang tidak mengenakan pakaian visibilitas tinggi saat bekerja di apron. Hal ini menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang efektivitas penggunaan CCTV dalam menunjang fungsi pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh unit AMC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja pengaruh dari pengawasan unit Apron Movement Control (AMC) dengan adanya bantuan Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) terhadap ketertiban pada area apron Bandar Udara Mutiara Sis
Al-Jufri Palu. Dalam praktiknya, CCTV diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan visual terhadap aktivitas personel ground handling, kendaraan, serta operasional pesawat di apron. Namun, berdasarkan observasi
awal, masih ditemukan pelanggaran prosedur seperti ketidakpatuhan terhadap penggunaan alat pelindung diri. Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode
survei diterapkan pada penelitian ini melalui kuesioner tertuju kepada seluruh personel AMC dan ground handling yang berjumlah 30 responden, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear
sederhana menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3 Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan AMC melalui
CCTV memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ketertiban area apron. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui nilai R square dan path coefficient yang menunjukkan nilai sebesar 41% dan seluruh P value melebihi ambang batas. Temuan ini mendukung hipotesis satu (H1) bahwa pengawasan AMC dengan CCTV berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ketertiban. Oleh karena itu, disarankan peningkatan kualitas sistem CCTV, perluasan cakupan area pantauan, dan penguatan koordinasi antar
unit guna mendukung pengawasan yang lebih efektif.

One of the supporting technologies used in this surveillance process is Closed Circuit Television (CCTV). However, in its implementation, Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport Palu still found violations of standard operating procedures (SOPs), such as personnel not wearing high-visibility clothing while working at the apron. This raises questions about the effectiveness of the use of CCTV in supporting the
supervisory function carried out by the AMC unit. This study aims to determine the effect of Apron Movement Control (AMC)
unit supervision with the help of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) on order in the apron area of Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu Airport. In practice, CCTV is expected to increase the effectiveness of visual surveillance of ground handling personnel activities, vehicles, and aircraft operations on the apron. However, based on initial observations, there are still violations of procedures such as non-compliance with the use of personal protective equipment. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method through a questionnaire to all AMC and ground handling personnel totaling 30 respondents, using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression through the SmartPLS 3 application
The results of this study indicate that AMC surveillance through CCTV has a significant influence on the orderliness of the apron area. This is evidenced by the R square and path coefficient values which show a value of 41% and all P values exceed the threshold. These findings support hypothesis one (H1) that AMC surveillance with CCTV has a significant effect on order. Therefore, it is recommended to improve the quality of the CCTV system, expand the coverage of the monitoring area, and strengthen coordination between units to support more effective supervision.
