Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun
prototipe sistem keamanan pintu pintar menggunakan kode sandi (PIN) dan autentikasi suara berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Tahapan awal dilakukan melalui identifikasi kebutuhan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada 10 responden yang terdiri dari taruna di Lab Integrasi
Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan tingkat kebutuhan sebesar 89,6%, termasuk dalam kategori “sangat diperlukan”.Pada tahap perancangan sistem, digunakan komponen seperti keypad 4x4,voice recognition module V3, LCD 16x2, dan solenoid door lock, serta
pemrograman menggunakan Arduino IDE. Tahap pengujian dilakukan terhadap dua fitur utama sistem. Pengujian sistem keypad menghasilkan akurasi 100% dalam mengenali PIN yang telah terdaftar dengan toleransi terhadap variasi panjang input dan percobaan. Pengujian sistem voice recognition dilakukan sebanyak 25 kali dan menghasilkan akurasi sebesar
72%, dikategorikan “layak”. Evaluasi validasi kelayakan dari 12 indikator yang dinilai oleh dua responden menghasilkan nilai sebesar 95,83%, termasuk kategori “sangat layak”. Hasil dari setiap tahapan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini efektif, responsif, dan relevan untuk diterapkan sebagai
solusi keamanan ruang laboratorium.

This study aims to design and build a prototype smart door securitysystem using a PIN code and voice authentication based on an Arduino Unomicrocontroller. The initial phase involved identifying requirements through aquestionnaire distributed to 10 respondents, consisting of cadets at theSurabaya Aviation Polytechnic Integration Lab. The results of theidentification showed a requirement level of 89.6%, falling into the “highlynecessary” category. During the system design phase, components such as a4x4 keypad, V3 voice recognition module, 16x2 LCD, and solenoid door lockwere used, along with programming using the Arduino IDE. Testing wasconducted on two main system features. Keypad system testing achieved100% accuracy in recognizing registered PINs, with tolerance for variations ininput length and trial attempts. The voice recognition system was tested 25times and achieved an accuracy of 72%, categorized as “acceptable.” Thevalidation evaluation of 12 indicators assessed by two respondents yielded ascore of 95.83%, categorized as “highly acceptable.” The results from eachstage indicate that the system is effective, responsive, and relevant foimplementation as a laboratory room security solution.
