PENGARUH WAKTU TEMPUH BAGGAGE TOWING TRACTOR (BTT) DARI PARKING STAND TERMINAL INTERNASIONAL MENUJU BREAKDOWN AREA TERHADAP LAMA WAKTU PELAYANAN SISI DARAT (OTP) DI BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL I GUSTI NGURAH RAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui waktu tempuh Baggage Towing Tractor (BTT) dari parking stand menuju breakdown area, lama waktu pelayanan bagasi kedatangan, serta pengaruh waktu tempuh BTT terhadap On Time Performance (OTP) di Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan, Apron Movement Sheet (AMS), dan data pelayanan OTP dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 113 data penerbangan kedatangan periode Januari–Februari 2026. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics melalui uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov, uji korelasi Pearson,uji regresi linear sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,200 > 0,05. Uji korelasi Pearson memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,496 yang menunjukkan hubungan positif dengan kategori sedang antara waktu tempuh BTT dan lama waktu pelayanan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga waktu tempuh BTT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lama waktu pelayanan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,246 menunjukkan bahwa waktu tempuh BTT memberikan pengaruh sebesar 24,6% terhadap lama waktu pelayanan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian.

This study aims to determine the travel time of the Baggage Towing Tractor (BTT) from the parking stand to the breakdown area, the duration of arrival baggage handling services, and the effect of BTT travel time on On Time Performance (OTP) at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. This study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data were obtained through field observations, Apron Movement Sheet (AMS), and OTP service data with a total sample of 113 arrival flight operational data during the January–February 2026 period. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics through the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Pearson correlation test, simple linear regression test, t-test, and coefficient of determination.
The results showed that the data were normally distributed with a significance value of 0.200 > 0.05. The Pearson correlation test obtained a value of 0.496, indicating a positive relationship with a moderate category between BTT travel time and service duration. The t-test results showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that BTT travel time significantly affects service duration. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.246 indicates that BTT travel time contributes 24.6% to service duration, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside this study.
