PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM PRESENSI BERBASIS WEB DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS PENGAWASAN KEHADIRAN PERSONEL AVSEC DI BANDARA I GUSTI NGURAH RAI

ABSTRAK

Pengawasan kehadiran personel Aviation Security (AVSEC) di Bandara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai memerlukan sistem yang mampu mendukung pencatatan dan pemantauan kehadiran secara efektif. Sistem presensi yang digunakan sebelumnya masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam pencatatan waktu kehadiran dan monitoring personel. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem presensi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan kehadiran personel AVSEC.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Sistem yang dikembangkan dilengkapi fitur validasi lokasi, verifikasi foto selfie, pencatatan waktu otomatis, status kehadiran, notifikasi pemanggilan personel, dan alert rekapitulasi keterlambatan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem presensi berbasis web berhasil dikembangkan dan diterapkan sebagai media pengawasan kehadiran personel AVSEC. Penerapan sistem meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan kehadiran sebesar 43,98%, sehingga mampu mendukung peningkatan kedisiplinan personel, mempermudah proses pemantauan, dan mempercepat tindak lanjut terhadap keterlambatan kehadiran.

ABSTRACT

The attendance monitoring of Aviation Security (AVSEC) personnel at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport requires a system capable of supporting effective attendance recording and monitoring. The previous attendance system had limitations in recording attendance time and monitoring personnel attendance. This study aimed to develop a web-based attendance system to improve the effectiveness of attendance monitoring for AVSEC personnel.
The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The developed system was equipped with location validation, selfie photo verification, automatic time recording, attendance status, personnel call notifications, and lateness recap alerts.
The results showed that the web-based attendance system was successfully developed and implemented as a tool for monitoring the attendance of AVSEC personnel. The implementation of the system increased the effectiveness of attendance monitoring by 43.98%, thereby supporting improved personnel discipline, simplifying the monitoring process, and accelerating follow-up actions regarding attendance delays.
