Abstract
Pelaporan terhadap pelanggaran operasional di area airside, khususnya
apron, pada Unit Apron Movement Control (AMC) Bandara Internasional I Gusti
Ngurah Rai masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan formulir kertas, sehingga
menimbulkan risiko keterlambatan pelaporan, kesulitan rekapitulasi, dan
keterbatasan penelusuran riwayat pelanggaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
merancang, membangun, dan mengevaluasi sistem pelaporan dan monitoring
pelanggaran operasional airside berbasis Google Workspace di Unit AMC Bandara
Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development
(R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development,
Implementation, Evaluation). Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Google Sites,
Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, serta QR Code untuk
mendukung proses pelaporan digital dan monitoring data pelanggaran.
Perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML)
berupa Use Case Diagram dan Activity Diagram. Pengujian dilakukan melalui
Unit AMC Bandara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai.

=========================================================
The reporting of operational violations in the airside area, particularly on
the apron, at the Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit of I Gusti Ngurah Rai
International Airport was still conducted manually using paper-based forms,
resulting in risks of reporting delays, difficulties in data recapitulation, and limited
traceability of violation records. This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate
an airside operational violation reporting and monitoring system based on Google
Workspace at the AMC Unit of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport.
The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the
ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation,
Evaluation). The system was developed using Google Sites, Google Apps Script,
Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, and QR Code to support digital reporting
and violation data monitoring processes. The system design applied the Unified
Modeling Language (UML) approach through Use Case Diagrams and Activity
Diagrams. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and Usability
Testing based on the PIECES Framework.
The results show that the Google Workspace-based airside operational
violation reporting and monitoring system functions properly. Black Box Testing
indicated that all system features were “Valid”, while the Usability Testing
achieved a score of 97.5% categorized as “Very Good”. Therefore, the system is
considered suitable to support operational supervision at the AMC Unit of I Gusti
Ngurah Rai International Airport.
