Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi digital marketing terhadap pendapatan tenant food and beverage di area bandara. Di tengah mobilitas konsumen yang tinggi, penggunaan media digital menjadi faktor krusial dalam menjangkau pasar secara efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t, serta uji korelasi Spearman Rank untuk mengukur kekuatan hubungan antar variabel.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan tenant. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui perolehan nilai t hitung sebesar 17,518 dengan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05), serta persamaan regresi Y= -1,389 + 1,033 X. Nilai koefisien regresi yang positif mengindikasikan bahwa setiap peningkatan kualitas strategi pemasaran digital akan diikuti dengan peningkatan pendapatan. Selain itu, uji korelasi Spearman Rank menghasilkan nilai sebesar 0,948, yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara kedua variabel.
Secara konseptual, penggunaan media sosial dan promosi online terbukti memperluas jangkauan pasar dan frekuensi pembelian. Hasil ini sejalan dengan penelitian terdahulu yang menekankan pentingnya pemasaran berbasis digital dan influencer dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyarankan agar pengelola tenant mengoptimalkan konten promosi dan interaksi digital guna memaksimalkan volume penjualan di lingkungan bandara yang dinamis.

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing strategies on the revenue of food and beverage tenants in the airport area. Amid high consumer mobility, the use of digital media has become a crucial factor in reaching markets effectively. The research method employed is a quantitative approach, utilizing simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and Spearman Rank correlation to measure the strength of the relationship between variables.
The results indicate that digital marketing strategies have a positive and significant impact on tenant revenue. This is evidenced by a t value of 17.518 with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), and a regression equation of Y = -1.389 + 1.033X. The positive regression coefficient indicates that every improvement in the quality of digital marketing strategies is followed by an increase in revenue. Furthermore, the Spearman Rank correlation test yielded a value of 0.948, representing a very strong and significant relationship between the two variables.
Conceptually, the use of social media and online promotions is proven to expand market reach and purchase frequency. These findings align with previous research emphasizing the importance of digital-based marketing and influencers in enhancing business competitiveness. The implications of this study suggest that tenant managers should optimize promotional content and digital interaction to maximize sales volume within the dynamic airport environment.
