Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem digitalisasi
pengendalian prohibited item pada Security Check Point (SCP) yang akan masuk
ke dalam Daerah Keamanan Terbatas (DKT) berbasis AppSheet di Bandar Udara I
Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali, serta menguji kelayakan dan efektivitasnya. Latar belakang
penelitian ini adalah masih digunakannya sistem manual berupa formulir kertas
yang rentan terhadap kehilangan data, kerusakan dokumen, kesalahan pencatatan
(human error), serta tidak adanya dokumentasi foto dan pemantauan real-time.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan
model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) yang dilaksanakan hingga tahap
Develop karena keterbatasan waktu dan ruang lingkup simulasi. Sistem
dikembangkan dengan mengintegrasikan Google Forms sebagai media input data
pemohon, Google Spreadsheet sebagai basis data utama, AppSheet sebagai
antarmuka pemantauan, verifikasi, dan dokumentasi foto oleh petugas AVSEC,
serta Google Drive sebagai penyimpanan arsip digital yang hanya dapat diakses
oleh admin. Sistem juga dilengkapi prosedur mitigasi gangguan jaringan dan system
error dengan beralih ke formulir kertas sebagai cadangan.
Pengujian dilakukan melalui Black Box Testing terhadap 14 skenario,
validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, serta kuesioner kepada 50 personel AVSEC
dengan metode pre survey dan post survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
seluruh skenario Black Box Testing dinyatakan berhasil (100%). Validasi ahli materi
dan ahli media memberikan penilaian dengan kategori "Sangat Layak". Hasil
pengukuran efektivitas menunjukkan peningkatan dari 58,94% (pre survey,
kategori Cukup Efektif) menjadi 91,22% (post survey, kategori Sangat Efektif),
dengan nilai ΔEfektivitas sebesar 32,28%. Dengan demikian, sistem digitalisasi
pengendalian prohibited item berbasis AppSheet dinyatakan sangat layak dan
efektif untuk diimplementasikan sebagai proof of concept dalam mendukung
keamanan penerbangan di Bandar Udara I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali

ABSTRACT
This This study aims to develop a digitalization system for controlling
prohibited items at the Security Check Point (SCP) for entry into the Restricted
Security Area (RSA) based on AppSheet at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali Airport, as well
as to test its feasibility and effectiveness. The background of this research is the
continued use of a manual system in the form of paper forms which are prone to
data loss, document damage, recording errors, as well as the absence of photo
documentation and real-time monitoring. This research uses the Research and
Development (R&D) method with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop,
Disseminate), implemented up to the Develop stage due to time and simulation
scope limitations. The system was developed by integrating Google Forms as a data
input medium for applicants, Google Spreadsheet as the main database, AppSheet
as the interface for monitoring, verification, and photo documentation by AVSEC
officers, and Google Drive as digital archive storage accessible only by the admin.
The system is also equipped with mitigation procedures for network disruptions and
system errors by switching to paper forms as a backup.
Testing was conducted through Black Box Testing on 14 scenarios,
validation by material and media experts, and a questionnaire distributed to 50
AVSEC personnel using the pre survey and post survey method. The results show
that all Black Box Testing scenarios were declared successful (100%). Validation
by both material and media experts yielded a "Very Feasible" rating. The
effectiveness measurement results show an increase from 58.94% (pre survey,
Moderately Effective category) to 91.22% (post survey, Very Effective category),
with a ΔEffectiveness value of 32.28%. Therefore, the AppSheet-based prohibited
item control digitalization system is declared very feasible and effective to be
implemented as a proof of concept in supporting aviation security at I Gusti Ngurah
Rai Bali Airport.
