Abstract

Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali merupakan salah satu Bandar Udara tersibuk di Indonesia sehingga memerlukan sistem pemeriksaan keamanan yang efektif dan efisien. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah melalui
implementasi Automated Tray Return System (ATRS) pada X-Ray Cabin di area Passenger Security Check Point (PSCP) Internasional.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh implementasi ATRS pada X-Ray Cabin terhadap tingkat keamanan pemeriksaan barang penumpang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner skala Likert yang disebarkan
kepada 64 petugas Aviation Security (Avsec) dan dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Pearson, regresi linear sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat kuat antara implementasi ATRS dan tingkat keamanan pemeriksaan barang penumpang dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,861 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 4,790 + 1,113X yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan implementasi ATRS diikuti peningkatan tingkat keamanan pemeriksaan barang penumpang.

Nilai R Square sebesar 0,741 menunjukkan bahwa variasi tingkat keamanan pemeriksaan barang penumpang dapat dijelaskan oleh implementasi ATRS sebesar 74,1%, sedangkan 25,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 13,308 dengan signifikansi 0,000 sehingga implementasi ATRS pada X-Ray Cabin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
tingkat keamanan pemeriksaan barang penumpang berdasarkan persepsi petugas Avsec di Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali.

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali is one of the busiest airports in Indonesia, necessitating an effective and efficient security screening system. One of
the measures undertaken is the implementation of the Automated Tray Return System (ATRS) on the X-Ray Cabin at the International Passenger Security Check Point (PSCP).

This study aims to analyze the relationship and the effect of ATRS implementation on the X-Ray Cabin toward the security level of passenger baggage inspection. A quantitative approach with a causal associative design was employed. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 64 Aviation Security (Avsec) officers and analyzed using Pearson correlation, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results indicate a very strong and positive relationship between ATRS implementation and the security level of passenger baggage inspection, with a correlation coefficient of 0.861 and a significance value of 0.000. The regression equation obtained was Y = 4.790 + 1.113X, indicating that every increase in ATRS implementation is followed by a
corresponding increase in the security level of passenger baggage inspection.

An R Square value of 0.741 demonstrates that 74.1% of the variation in the security level of passenger baggage inspection can be explained by ATRS implementation, while the remaining 25.9% is influenced by other factors outside
the scope of this study. The t-test result yields a t-value of 13.308 with a significance of 0.000, confirming that ATRS implementation on the X-Ray Cabin has a positive and significant effect on the security level of passenger baggage inspection based on the perceptions of Avsec officers at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport
Bali.
