Abstract

PENILAIAN BANGUNAN GEDUNG KANTOR ADMINISTRASI BANDAR UDARA BANYUWANGI BERDASARKAN METODE MATRIKS CONDITION SURVEY PROTOCOL 1 (CSP 1)

Bangunan gedung memiliki peranan penting dalam menunjang kegiatan operasional, pelayanan, dan administrasi pada suatu instansi. Seiring bertambahnya usia bangunan serta intesintas penggunaan yang terus berlansung, kondisi fisik bangunan dapat mengalami penurunan akibat pengaruh cuaca, kualitas material, beban pengunaan, dan kurang optimalnya pemeliharaan. Penurunan kondisi tersebut dapat mengurangi fungsi, kenyamanan, dan keamanan bangunan serta meningkatkan biaya perbaikan apabila tidak segera berkala sebagai dasar penyusunan program pemeliharaan dan perbaikan yang tepat.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi bangunan gedung kantor Administrasi Bandar Udara Banyuwangi menggunakan metode Condition Survey Protocol 1 (CSP 1) berbasis inspeksi visual. Penilaian dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi komponen bangunan, menentuakan jenis dan tingkat kerusakan, kemudian menghitung nilai kondisi berdasarkan matriks Condition Survey Protocol 1 (CSP 1) sehingga diperoleh skor kondisi bangunan secara keseluruhan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerusakan yang ditemukan didominasi oleh kerusakan ringan hingga sedang pada elemen arsitektural, seperti dinding, plafon, lantai, pintu, jendela, dan beberapa komponen utilitas, sedangkan elemen struktur utama masih berada dalam kondisi baik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode Matriks Condition Survey Protocol 1 (CSP 1) diperoleh Total Skor (TS) sebesar 2.1, sehingga bangunan gedung kantor Administrasi Bandar Udara Banyuwangi termasuk dalam kategori baik. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa bangunan masih layak digunakan untuk mendukung kegiatan operasinal dan pelayanan administrasi.

ASSESMENT OF THE BANYUWANGI AIRPORT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE BUILINDG BASED ON THE CONDITION SURVEY PROTOCOL 1 (CSP 1) MATRIX METHOD

Buildings play a crucial role in supporting operational, service, and administrative activities within an agency. As buildings age and experience continued use, their physical condition can deteriorate due to weathering, material quality, usage load, and suboptimal maintenance. This deterioration can reduce the building's function, comfort, and safety, and increase repair costs if not promptly and regularly assessed as a basis for developing an appropriate maintenance and repair program.
This study aims to determine the condition level of the Banyuwangi Airport Administration office building using the Condition Survey Protocol 1 (CSP 1) method, based on visual inspection. The assessment is conducted by identifying building components, determining the type and extent of damage, and then calculating a condition score based on the CSP 1 matrix to obtain an overall building condition score.
The results indicate that the damage found is predominantly light to moderate to severe to architectural elements, such as walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and several utility components. While the main structural elements remain in good and stable condition. Based on the calculation results using the CSP 1 method, a Total Score (TS) of 2.1 was obtained, categorizing the Banyuwangi Airport Administration Office building as good. This condition indicates that the building is still suitable for use to support operational activities and administrative services.
