PENGARUH PENERAPAN STANDARD OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE (SOP) PENGGUNAAN FASILITAS GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT (GSE) TERHADAP TINGKAT KESELAMATAN PENERBANGAN DI BANDAR UDARA HALU OLEO KENDARI

Keselamatan penerbangan merupakan aspek utama dalam operasional bandara yang harus dijaga melalui penerapan prosedur kerja yang sistematis dan sesuai standar. Salah satu elemen penting dalam mendukung keselamatan di sisi
udara adalah penggunaan Ground Support Equipment (GSE). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) penggunaan fasilitas GSE terhadap tingkat keselamatan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Halu Oleo Kendari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan regresi linear sederhana. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden yang terdiri dari petugas Apron Movement Control(AMC) dan ground handling dari PT. Global Sky Aviation. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 26, yang meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji
asumsi klasik, uji regresi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOP berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 81,08%, sedangkan tingkat keselamatan penerbangan berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 82,43%. Uji regresi
menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05), nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,944, dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,777, yang berarti 77,7%
tingkat keselamatan penerbangan dipengaruhi oleh penerapan SOP penggunaan GSE. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi tingkat kepatuhan terhadap SOP, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat keselamatan penerbangan yang dapat dicapai.Kata kunci: Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), Ground Support Equipment(GSE), Keselamatan Penerbangan, SPSS

Aviation safety is a key aspect of airport operations that must be maintained through the implementation of systematic and standardized work procedures. One of the essential elements that supports airside safety is the use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE). This study aims to determine the extent to which the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for GSE usage affects the level of aviation safety at Halu Oleo Airport in Kendari. The research method used is a causal associative quantitative approach
with simple linear regression. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents consisting of Apron Movement Control (AMC) personnel and ground handling staff from PT. Global Sky Aviation. The collected
data were processed and analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 26, which included validity and reliability tests,
classical assumption tests, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the implementation of SOPs was in the high category with an average score of 81.08%, while aviation safety was in the very high category with an average score of 82.43%. Regression testing produced a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), a regression coefficient of 0.944, and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.777, indicating that 77.7% of aviation safety is influenced by the implementation of SOPs in GSE usage. Thus, the higher the compliance with SOPs, the greater the level of aviation safety that can be achieved.
