PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM LOGBOOK PELAPORAN APRON MOVEMENT CONTROL BERBASIS WEBSITE DI BANDAR UDARA RADIN INTEN II LAMPUNG

Pengembangan sistem logbook pelaporan Apron Movement Control (AMC) berbasis website di Bandara Radin Inten II Lampung merupakan upaya inovatif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan dan pelaporan kegiatan operasional di apron. Urgensi penelitian ini muncul dari permasalahan pencatatan manual yang selama ini digunakan, yang rentan terhadap kehilangan data, kesalahan pencatatan, dan keterlambatan dalam pelaporan. Hal ini berdampak pada efektivitas koordinasi serta dokumentasi operasional harian Apron Movement Control ( AMC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem logbook digital yang mampu menggantikan metode konvensional dengan pendekatan berbasis web yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan dapat diakses secara real-time oleh personel Apron Movement Control (AMC.) Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation) oleh Borg And Gall (1983) Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem logbook digital berbasis website yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, mempercepat proses pelaporan, serta memberikan kemudahan dalam pemantauan data kegiatan harian. Validasi oleh pengguna menunjukkan sistem dapat diterima dengan baik dalam aspek tampilan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan fungsionalitas. Kontribusi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi teknologi digital
dalam manajemen operasional Apron Movement Control (AMC), serta menjadi dasar pengembangan sistem informasi lainnya di lingkungan bandara. Sistem ini juga dapat diadaptasi oleh unit lain dalam menunjang efisiensi kerja serta dokumentasi operasional berbasis teknologi informasi.

The development of a web-based logbook reporting System for Apron Movement Control (AMC) at Radin Inten II Airport Lampung is an innovative effort to improve the efficiency of recording and reporting apron operational activities.
The urgency of this study stems from problems related to the previous manual System, which was prone to data loss, input errors, and delays in reporting. These issues negatively impacted coordination effectiveness and daily operational
documentation. This study aims to produce a digital logbook System that replaces the conventional method with a more effective, efficient, and real-time accessible web-based approach for Apron Movement Control (AMC) personnel. The research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) methodology using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) as proposed by Borg and Gall (1983). The results show that the developed web-based digital logbook System significantly improves data accuracy, accelerates reporting processes, and facilitates easier monitoring of daily operational activities. User validation
confirms the System is well accepted in terms of interface design, ease of use, and functionality. The contribution of this study lies in providing a digital technology solution
for operational management within the (Apron Movement Control) AMC unit, and it serves as a foundation for the development of other information Systems within the airport environment. The System is also adaptable for other units to support work efficiency and technology-based operational documentation.
